# Cupons e descontos
Em **Cupons e descontos** você cria descontos para atrair e trazer clientes de volta.
## Criar um cupom
1. Clique em **Novo cupom**.
2. **Informações do cupom:**
* **Código do cupom** (ex.: `BEMVINDO10`). Cupons **sem código** ficam visíveis para todos os clientes no cardápio;
* **Valor do desconto** — em valor ou porcentagem;
* **Aplicar cupom automaticamente quando disponível** — só para cupons sem código: o desconto entra sozinho no carrinho.
3. **Limitações do cupom** (deixe em branco o que não quiser limitar):
* **valor mínimo do pedido**;
* **disponível a partir de / até** (datas);
* **horário** de início e fim e **dias da semana**;
* **tipos de pedido** (ex.: só retirada);
* **formas de pagamento** (ex.: só Pix).
4. **Configurações avançadas:**
* **Tem entrega grátis** — o cupom zera a taxa de entrega;
* **Quantidade disponível** — limite total de usos;
* **Apenas para novos clientes**;
* **Pode ser utilizado mais de uma vez por um mesmo cliente**;
* associar a **categorias** ou **produtos** — o cupom só vale se algum deles estiver na sacola (o desconto é sobre a sacola inteira).
5. Clique em **Salvar**.
Na lista, a coluna **Situação** mostra se o cupom está ativo, e o código pode ser copiado com um clique para divulgar.
