# Primeiro acesso ao painel

O painel da sua loja fica em **portal.seumenu.online**. É por lá que você e a sua equipe recebem pedidos, editam o cardápio e acompanham o caixa.

## Se você é o dono da loja

Ao contratar o Seu Menu, nós criamos a sua conta com o seu e-mail.

1. Acesse **portal.seumenu.online/login**.
2. Informe o **e-mail** e a **senha** combinados com o nosso time.
3. Clique em **Entrar no painel**.

Se você tiver mais de uma loja, o painel mostra a lista para você escolher em qual quer entrar.

## Se você foi convidado pela loja

Quem convida a equipe é o proprietário, em **Administrativo → Usuários** (veja [Usuários e permissões](/administrativo/usuarios-e-permissoes.md)).

1. Abra o **link de convite** que você recebeu.
2. Preencha o seu **nome** e crie uma **senha** com pelo menos 8 caracteres.
3. Clique em **Criar senha e entrar**.

O link de convite só pode ser usado uma vez. Se ele expirar ou não funcionar, peça ao proprietário para gerar um novo link no cadastro do seu usuário.

## Esqueci a minha senha

Ainda não há recuperação de senha pela tela de login.

* **Membros da equipe:** peça ao proprietário um **novo link de convite**.
* **Proprietário:** fale com o nosso suporte.
