# Como o seu cliente faz o pedido

Entender a jornada do cliente ajuda a configurar a loja e a tirar dúvidas no atendimento.

## 1. Abre o cardápio

O cliente acessa o seu link (**app.seumenu.online/sua-loja**) pelo celular ou computador. Não precisa baixar aplicativo. No topo ele vê a capa, a logo, se a loja está aberta e até que horas.

## 2. Escolhe os produtos

Ele navega pelas categorias ou usa a busca, abre um produto, escolhe as opções (tamanho, sabores, adicionais), escreve uma observação se quiser e adiciona à **sacola**.

## 3. Entra na conta

Para finalizar, o cliente entra com **telefone e senha**. No primeiro pedido ele cria a conta ali mesmo. Se esquecer a senha, recupera com um código enviado por SMS.

## 4. Finaliza o pedido

No checkout ele escolhe:

* **Entrega** (informando o endereço) ou **retirada** na loja;
* **Para agora** ou **agendado**, se a sua loja aceita agendamento;
* a **forma de pagamento** — o pagamento é feito na entrega ou na retirada;
* um **cupom** ou benefício do programa de fidelidade, se houver.

O resumo mostra subtotal, taxa de entrega, descontos e total antes de enviar.

## 5. Acompanha o pedido

Depois de enviado, o pedido aparece para você em [Gestão de pedidos](/pedidos/gestao-de-pedidos.md). O cliente acompanha cada mudança de status em **Pedidos**, no próprio cardápio, e pode avaliar o pedido depois de concluído.

Pagamento online (cartão ou Pix pelo cardápio) ainda não está disponível: o cliente escolhe como vai pagar e paga na entrega ou na retirada.
